For me the scaling of the game was rigged. Maby because if the 1440p screen. Everyting was tiny. I would highly encourage you to add sound throughout the development. Audio is important to add feel for the player to understand the game better. I like your pixel art and some of the eastereggs made me smile. For the theme I guess vampire is dark and the church is light. You could have played with the theme a little more, but I still think it was creative. The story intro is a nice touch.
