The concept is so simple, but addictive, nice gameplay loop, brain wants to sort.

perfect art imho. Art alone invites you to play the game.

Only sounds are really annoying after a while. Musik is ok, but also gets a tiny bit annoying as the loop is short.

Nice game. It handles the theme in a very family-friendly way. Plus, the art and music are great. Well done! :D

really?  I thought the sounds were very annoying, the music is ok.

This is genuinely fun. Kids would absolutely love this game. The hitbox tuning is really well done, you can feel how precisely it's set up just by clicking with the mouse. That said, when you pick up an item and try to place it back down, the "beep!" sound for misplacement felt a bit too strict to me. As negative feedback it makes sense, but sometimes my mouse was clearly still on the conveyor belt and it would beep and throw the item off, while other times it'd just place back onto the belt fine. I only meant to check it out for a bit, but I lost track of time and ended up playing for 20 minutes. Really well-made game! Also, having sound volume controls would be great. The SFX was a tiny bit too loud for me and got slightly distracting.

Didn't see anything like a menu. Aside that graphics, gameplay and audio are on point.

So chill and so cute! The robots are adorable and the music fits perfectly. Loved the cozy vibes.

Art is awesome!  Another thing I really appreciated was the accuracy of the pick up.  I've been working on a game with a similar mechanic for about 3 years, but yours was much better - pinpointing a specific item in a big pile of trash and getting it 95% of the time impressed me.  On the other hand, once grabbed, the item is held 20-30 pixels above the cursor.  This felt less satisfying for me when I recycled the item.  I'm going to follow you and see what you come up with next!

Cute art style. Addictive to play.

Very cool, and beautiful art! Everyone should have at least one game about digging through trash :)

The graphics are well made, and fit perfectly with the music and sound effects. Good vibes. I don’t know if I’m actually being punished by doing something wrong (except hearing the sound effect of the angry robot, haha.) It can get hectic real quick, but there’s no time limit, which I think is good for this kind of game, well done.

This is very good game, simple, intuitive, easy to play and good music and sfx, loved it

I'm not a big fan of this kind of games but it's well made!

Has a simple solid loop. The mouse picking could use some tweaks, the offset is a bit strange.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for giving it a play - and yes, I REALLY should have added a check to remove that offset if someone is playing on desktop. (The offset was added for mobile since on mobile if you don't offset you cover the object you're carrying with your finger)

Really addictive game with stunning art. The mobile responsiveness is also impressive.

As much as I enjoyed the game's chill and casual vibe, I think the gameplay could benefit from something like a timer for each round.

Great work!

"The mobile responsiveness is also impressive. " Hearing this brings a tear to my eyes, that it was noticed.

And I get what you're saying. We really wanted to not have time pressure since that allows the game to be this chill experience, but then without it there really isn't a "lose" condition, or a constraint.

Love the art style and the game. Brilliant!

It’s a game where you can instantly see what to do, so I got hooked right away. The graphics and sound are top-notch, and the controls feel smooth. It’s the best!

Submitted(+1)

Very nice game! How did you manage to embed it so cleanly so that it opens in full screen right away?

Developer

Glad you liked it - only thing I can think of is I selected the "open in full screen" option in the game settings on the page, mostly because I didn't design the UI to account for the full screen button in the lower corner XD

Junkbot Repair is full of charm — the visuals and art style are delightful, and the gameplay is solid. The music is nice and the SFX fits the theme perfectly. The only thing that would make it better is spacing the objects out a little more to reduce clutter.

Great art/animation, only objection might be that the framerate gets pretty bad when too much stuff is on the screen. I would drag some junk and the screen would freeze for a bit
