I love the level of detail and the effects, and especially the background music. The game is very well made; it kept me entertained for a long time. I was curious to see how much work you put into the design, haha. It's incredible; you really paid a lot of attention to detail. I assure you of my 5/5 star rating :)
At first I instinctively tried moving to the right. Never really thought about why we always default to going right in these kinds of games.
jumping out of the train was fun, didnt understand the rest of the gameplay honestly. Music is good, I liked it.
I love how the pixel train blends with the gorgeous background, and the fast-paced soundtrack gives a real feeling of speed (ツ)ノ
I love the details in the background, you included the Baobab tree and it makes me immediatelly think that there is a lore and a reason for the protagonist to be there, as this only grows in a very specifc part of the planet ... that being said I think there is some improvement to be made in the way you calculate the direction of the shots, if the mouse is too close it kinda points upwards .. but I think I should play with mouse aiming in mind perhaps
Nice pixelart railway jump-n-shooter escape game (is that a genre?)
After jumping of the train i fell all the way down to earths core :-)
I' not sure, if my "interactions" with anything had any influence on the trains speed.
However: its a fun game!
The initial idea was to include a speedometer in the top-left corner and display a leaderboard showing the players who reached the highest speeds. However, due to some development issues, this wasn’t possible in time for the current version. I’m working on an updated version with all these features implemented after the game jam ends, especially the infinite fall mechanic.
Great art, but it probably needs more gameplay. I didn't think it was possible to jump off the train
Fun idea! I really like the artstyle
This is a fun little title. Post jam I'd like to see more!
Nice!
I love the art and music of the game! The game is quite challenging but still very fun!
It is a very challenging game; you need to simultaneously uncouple the train cars while dodging police bullets—which is difficult, because you have to stay right there. The art style is very retro and cute.
I didn't understand how to increase the train speed. Some controls is missing from the description page like how to move...
Its possible to fall from train to infinity.
