Thanks

You are right, I am making an intro level to help the user understand the game. But It will not be part of submission.

The music is lovely—it sounds like human voices.

All the effects was created with the voices of Demomaker

Such an adorable game! That “wawawa” voice when you trigger the action is absolutely the best! Rooting for you! (ツ)ノ

Interesting idea of making a puzzle from drawing commands and creating a program as close to needed as possible. But I think the big deck makes it really difficult to stack correctly without discarding almost all of the drawn cards. You can sometimes draw 30 cards before you get the one you need (drop or take).

Developer

thank for the comment. We try to have the exact combinaison but at the end We miss the opportunity to fix it.

I think with a big deck, it is really hard to balance randomness vs visualizing all the drawn cards. In the extreme, it becomes just a mess of all your cards drawn face up.

This feels like a complex mix that could work well in many aspects. If the commands and what exactly I was supposed to do had been clearer from the start, I think it would have been easier. I spent quite a bit of time clicking and pressing random things. In the end, it was only after I came to the page and saw the controls in the comments that I could understand how to really play. It turns out to be like those games that mix elements of RNG with strategy. It's a potential idea, but it can easily become too complex for the average player.

Developer

Thanks for the comment,

We are agree that the controls are difficult to find sorry for that.
And yes even for us the game is complex. At the beginning we wanted the user to learn how to program with cards.

But we miss to have an easy level that explain the game.

Notes:

This are the controls to move the card

i enjoyed the music, but the gameplay was poorly explained i had no idea what i was doing, it would be great if you included what the controls are somewhere as i really struggled to figure it out, that being said the art was quite nice and i enjoyed the more layed back nature of the game.

The controls are visible when you press esc to pause the game
