An absolutely unhinged game idea but I must admit: very very enjoyable too! Super well-made and polished. There must be SO many variables and systems going on under the hood - really impressive stuff for a 2 day jam! Thanks for jamming with us :)

The genetic sytem for the bunnies was indeed quite a lot of work, but very fun to implement ^^

Oh my goodness, this is such a good entry and really really funny! The sudden chaos of the baby bunnies is insane. Everything about this entry feels polished. I do hate that you made me essentially put a bunny in a shredder :( the "OH NO" I shouted when it happened... I need to go pet my dog now. Great choice of music and sfx. Animations were great. Loved the cutness of the bunnies - even the ones that ended up with non-desirable traits. Great game!!!

This is amazing! I feel like I need three coffees in me to keep up with the madness. I wish I could pause and see the board clearly, but that would totally be cheating. I love that there are goals to aim for, it gives the game an addictive collector quality. I'm definitely coming back to play more of this one. Fantastic!

The animations and artstyle are awesome. The game feels really polished. Killing a bunny shouldn't be this fun.

This is great and absolutely has the Mewgenics feel!
The visuals are really cute (... and horrifying) and it fits the theme perfectly.

I thought I got one of the combo breeds but there wasnt any indicator. I assumed there would be one because of the "x" next to the combo breeds but if it isnt a bug I definitely suggest adding some indicator.


Other than that, it's a very well put together game. The art is cute, the sound effects are spot on for what you are going for, and the gameplay is pretty addictive and at times rageinducing, haha.

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you liked it.

There is indeed an indicator when you get one the breeding goal. The "x" turn into a green check and there is some firework effect.

It might be that you were missing one of the specific trait (eye color, wrong tail color, wrong spot on the eyes) or It might be a bug... I didn't have time to test extensively and some combination might not get detected properly. ^^

In any case glad you had fun and thanks again for the feedbacks. :)

It's pretty cute~ The interface is really clear and well polished and the animation is just charming!

The only thing I dislike is probably the sound effect. I didn't turn down the sound effect volume at first and it kind of become irritating as there are more and more bunnies, lol. I later just muted sound effect.

On a serious note: 

The art and sound are amazing, the bunnies are super cute, I genuinely felt bad for having to put them in the grinder. Music is catchy and very fitting.

My main criticism with the game is that it feels a bit too random, mutations appear too frequently. My strategy was to have 4-5 rabbits I thought could produce the required traits and when a bunny with one of the desired traits appeared I switched out one of it's parents to that. It didn't work very well, the results seemed a bit too random. It might just be that I didn't properly understand what the game wanted me to do. I had quite a lot of fun despite that, mix and matching rabbits and experimenting with the genetics system. Great submission, congrats!

Yeah the mutation system is very random but that was my main goal so I'm ok with that ^^
It's a weird experiment more than a game XD
