The artwork is stunning! Also, the experience of shooting downwards from top to bottom was a really fresh take! (ツ)ノ
Thanks for playing! Was initially worried about how well top to bottom will work with the "return" mission, thanks for the feedback:)
Really cool game. I especially liked the pace changes and different objectives between the missions. The sound is also very fitting and the graphics fit also very well to the type of game. For some reason I had always a scroll bar next to the game even in full screen. Maybe something you could improve. I also see this as a very cool mobile game, especially because of the portrait format. You would just need to add some touch controls.
Congratulations to the cool retro style game with some nice innovative ideas! Well done.
Thanks so much for the feedback, I will have to take a look at the scrollbar issue again. I have added touch control too so the game should now work on mobile:) Thanks for playing!
I love the retro style of this game. And I can see that everything is very well thought out; in my opinion, your game is amazing. I love it. I assure you my 5/5 star rating.
Thanks so much for the feedback! Glad u enjoyed it:)
I cannot tell you enough how I love arcade style shooters and space themes! So Cool!
Thanks so much for playing:) Shmups are my fav genre! Glad u enjoyed them too.
Awesome! Great balance and progression of difficulty, and not too long or too short. The music especially kicks ass.
If you’re looking for something to improve, the sprites all felt a little flat. I think some animation would help them. Like maybe the hero ship, when it moves left or right, do a tilted view of it?
Thank so much for the feedback:) Yeah adding animated sprites would have definitely made it better, will focus on that next time!
Nice game!
Thanks for playing:)
Nice story. Nice enemy variety. Nice difficulty progression. Nice ending (won't spoil it). This, my friend, is a masterpiece!
Thanks so much for playing:) Glad u enjoyed it!
The game is so fun, and I really like the theme as well as the storytelling and dialogue. Great job!
Thanks so much for playing:) Glad u enjoyed it!
I was gonna say it is too easy but then it became too hard for me haha. It's a nice game, I also like the dialogue style.
Thanks so much for playing:) Which part do u think is too hard? i am guessing the homing missile part? Trying to balance out the difficulty so people who are not into shmups/bullet hell can go through all the contents too!
fun!!!
Thanks for playing:)
Hi, I was going to try out your game, you have a really nice intro to it!! But for some reason the PLAY button is missing for this game on Chrome browser in Windows 11. I tried to open it on Wavedash, but the same, then on my phone, and the button was there, but I can not use SPACE button to start...
Update: so I connected my keyboard to my phone and was able to start it, but the arrow keys were not working, so I couldn´t play. But then, I pressed the spacebar on my PC, because I saw in the intro press SPACE to skip...and it worked, well, I am not very experienced playing on the browsers :) So I played and got to mission 3 for now ;) Really impressive how finetuned the playability of the game is, in just 2 weeks! :)) I see that it was programmed as well for the YouTube playables, lightweight and in a vertical view, not many games are like this here. I injoyed playing it!
Thank u so much for playing and the long feedback haha, I have just added touch support so it should work on mobile too, issues you faced before should (hopefully) be gone.
Classics never die. A cool "Space Invaders" revisit.
Thanks for playing:)
Simple game, but really nice opening intro and some good thought put into it. The returning scene threw me off, and then warding off the pirates with the asteroids made that probably the most innovative thing I've seen in a space shmup in a while.
Thanks so much for playing! Wasn't sure how well those "returning" scene would work initially but thanks for your feedback:) Glad u enjoyed it.
Dude! I love the using the astroids to get the alien ship to crash into them. THAT'S SYSTEM LEVEL THINKING!
Thanks so much or the feedback! Glad u enjoyed it:)
Presentation was amazing. Good job.
Thanks so much for playing and leaving feedback! Your game is my favorite one in this jam btw:)
Really satisfying audio visual feedback when you pop the rocks!
Thanks for playing! Glad u liked it:)
