I’m reaching out because I’ve run into a small issue with my game.

I was able to download it and received the key without any problem. However, the game crashed right as I was leaving the church area. Since then, I haven’t been able to relaunch it: it asks me to enter the key again, but it says the key has already been used.

So I’m a bit stuck 😅

Could you please take a look or let me know how I can get back into the game?

I have exactly the same problem. The screen froze (well, it did not froze, but I could not get past the loading screen, so I had to close the game) and I wanted to get back in the game. But it asked me again for the key, and this time it told me that the key was already used.

I got this 'key already used' issue before even playing once :S seems like everyone else got to use their key once before being unable to log in on the second attempt. Hopefully they issue new keys after they fix the issue (the dev said it was something to do with licenses not being written to the PC or something, and they would have to wait til Monday for their coder to fix it).

Unfortunately, the key verifier is currently failing to write data as designed, which means it only allows you to play the game once.

Please don't worry—we already have a solution. A hotfix will be uploaded this Monday to completely resolve this problem. Right after the hotfix goes live, I'll update the download page with brand-new keys so you can jump back in without any issues.
