wow very polished i managed to send the enemy attack back a few times and it felt very good, spamming long range attacks is a little to effective for the bot to handle
The animations look fantastic, and the gameplay is intuitive enough. My only concern is that it can feel a little floaty at times.
I'm not sure what else to say because a game like this requires other people to play against to truly apreciate, I don't think playing the AI is enough if every character is essentially the same.
However, I think you could make a compelling gauntlet mode if you added some upgrades, new stages and forced the player to unlock skills along the way, as dumb as it sounds.
Oh, I've seen it on /v/ threads before. It's so cool that I wouldn't even care if there's no depth. Having any feedback on hits would improve it a lot.
Pretty nice game. I don't really have much feedback since it looks pretty good already. I hope it gets those cool Kung Fu SFXs for combat feedback and gamepad support in future updates. Good job!
I had fun with the gameplay and learning how to switch between the elements during combat. On gauntlet when some of the enemies were bringing out different elements I also had some fun encounters.
The general theme of elemental combat was novel and fun
If done right and I keep spamming G while also doing down+left or down+right it resets the animation and keeps me unhittable and with no mana cost. Maybe something to commit them to the action or a buffer time? I can reproduce the same behavior on all elements
Air element air travel cloud effect is not removing itself sometimes, I reproduced this a few times
Probably in the works but worth mentioning
Spell cast and collision sounds against barriers, enemy damage hit sounds or maybe a damage number for the hit

It has style, very fluid. Needs more detailing with the environment. Fun time.
See, this is what an Avatar fighting game's gotta be

Keep up the good work.

It is an extreamly pretty game! The interactions are fun too and once I started to notice them I enjoyed the combat.
It feels like it needs a tutorial and a sense of progression. Ability to learn the abilities and what counter-acts what gradually.
And maybe a variety of oponents?
Anyway, an amazing combat system + graphics.
