Nice concept
Thanks!
Such a cute concept for a game! I could really feel your attention to detail in the sound effects. Rooting for you! (ツ)ノ
Thank you for your feedback!
Easy onboarding charmed me, the background sound too — and the gameplay feels smooth and well polished. The game concept itself is quite strong as well.
The one thing that slightly held me back was the graphics feeling a little less intuitive compared to the other areas.
Overall, quite an enjoyable experience!
Thanks for the feedback. I'm planning a slight adjustment to the graphics (UI specifically) after the jam ends. This game jam helped me realize I need work on my UI.
Great puzzle game! Very nice concept and well executed!
Thank you for your feedback!
Very cool game. I really liked the three mini-games and the chill music which fits the theme very well. It was also fun that you had the possibility to play with the toy afterwards :). I think also the instructions with the "Help" button everywhere are very helpful for people who do not read the description first. I have two things which could be improved:
Congratulations to this very chill and cool game. I had really fun playing it!
Hi, thanks for playing. =]
Thanks for your feedback!
Let me try to explain the "bug" or at least what confused me a bit :) : I had all glyphs correct besides the very last one. Then I placed a glyph and it was shown PURPLE. Based on my logic, the last glyph can only be correct or wrong. It cannot be a glyph which is at the wrong place, because there is no other place to put it. I think I understand what you meant: The evaluation does not take into account the already placed glyphs. Based on my logic it is a bit misleading, but maybe my logic is wrong :D. I hope I could explain it.
Really fun gameplay! I really enjoyed the mechanics. I definitely give it a 5/5 rating.
Thank you very much!
Really nice experience, tinkering away in your little shop. Nice work adding so many minigames in one jam. Played on mobile which worked quite well, although the camera angle in the pipes section was quite low which made hit areas tiny.
Yeah. I'm glad it worked out for you on mobile. Since this was a browser based game jam I wanted to make it as accessible as possible. Of course that's easier said than done, like you said the clickable areas are MUCH smaller on a phone. If I play around with the camera angle, I might get something to work (perhaps zoom in more if the game detects you playing on mobile).
It has just come to my attention there was an issue with compiling the android version and it won't install. I can't fix it until after the game jam. Fortunately it works in the browser too. Thanks for your feedback!
I was spinning the fan at the end, waiting for the final cutscene :)
Ah, yes. You were meant to press the back button after that to start another job. 5 Jobs in total. I plan to make the button more noticeable but didn't have time to work on that before the end of the jam. Sorry >.<
Didn't know what to do but the help button came in clutch!! Such a wonderful puzzle game!! And tapping the toys are satisfying :)))
Glad the help button ... helped. Tried my best to strike a balance between challenging but fair. Wanted users to figure the puzzles out on their own, but didn't want them to feel stuck and frustrated. I hope I succeeded!
Well done! This was a fun little puzzle game. It took me a minute to get used to the timing on the pick up animation BUT I'm glad I wasn't punished for picking up the wrong part this go around!
Glad to hear this. I wanted there to be challenge but I also wanted it to be relaxing, not punishing.
The gameplay is quite inventive and varied. I thought the whole game would be about the first part, but then I found myself playing a puzzle game that's moderately challenging right from the start. After that, yet another different game shows up. It's kind of like playing that game It Takes Two, its never the same.
Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I was worried I might have made the scope too big for myself to finish in 13 days. Luckily I managed to put it all together in time.
Wow, That was a ton of fun. I completed the game! Well done!
Thanks for playing all the way through. I appreciate it.
It was really fun building toys through all the different puzzles. I also liked that you can actually play with what you made!
Thanks! Glad you noticed you could play with the toys. I wanted there to be a small reward for completing puzzles, and I thought playing with a variety of toys would be neat!
It was really good overall, but the picking animation could use some improvement
Yeah, I'll admit the claw isn't very "mechanical". I was trying to go for a cartoony look but I might have gotten a little carried away with that one.
Fun and pleasant! I could imagine playing this in like a randomized mode, and just going for hours.
I really like that it doesn’t burden the user with a bunch of instructions. The puzzles all explain themselves nicely.
Thanks! This is exactly what I was going for. I didn't want to be too hand-holdy. I was hoping the subtle clues I left for each puzzle would serve as a tutorial. Discovering things on your own is part of the fun, right?
cool little puzzle game. Well done.
