it was little bit difficult for me but looks good

Developer

Thank you for playing! I’m so glad the visual style caught your eye! (ツ)ノ

I am not that sure on how the exact controls and scoring system works oof, but the whole concept, visuals and audio are just perfect. And maybe use another button than the middle scroll wheel button for the input.  Anyways, this is a charming and polished game here, great work!!

Developer

Thank you for the input!

The combination of the spacebar and mouse wheel was actually designed to mimic a DJ style. I really appreciate the feedback on the wheel slipping, and I’ll work on refining the controls for a smoother experience! (ツ)ノ

I got two high scores on tides and I am coming back for the top spot on all of them.

Amazing audio, made scratch for the jam. I loved it. The game was unique and after some play I began to 'feel' what I was doing ( the page was also very helpful after I played to understand). I agree a tutorial level would help players understand the game. It's an absolute banger of a game, highly rated and replayable. Bravo (standing ovation)

Developer

Thanks for playing! To hear that you began to ‘feel’ the experience after some play is the ultimate compliment for me!

I’m so glad the core vibe connected with you. See you at the top of the leaderboards! (ツ)ノ

id like to feature your game in a top ost for this game. Do i have permission to use your music on youtube?

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I would be absolutely honored to be featured. You definitely have my permission to use the music on YouTube!

If you need the clean, high-quality audio files, just let me know and I’d be happy to send them over. Otherwise, feel free to record it straight from the game. Can’t wait to watch it! (ツ)ノ

Great idea and execution. Fun gameplay. Also great music in the game

Developer

Thank you! It means a lot that the project as a whole and the beats resonated with you. Glad you had a great time with it! (ツ)ノ

Developer

Thank you! I focused on creating a unified vibe where the sound and design support each other, so I’m thrilled it felt cohesive to you! (ツ)ノ

I love those groovy music you put! and such an interesting concept! but somehow, it's sorta feels laggy in my browser:(
for the love of musik, i give it 5/5!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for sharing that passion for music!

Finding that connection with a player means the world to me. Browser optimization is definitely the next technical hurdle I need to clear to ensure a seamless sonic experience. I truly appreciate your incredible support! (ツ)ノ

Really interesting and unique game! I loved the atmosphere and overall concept—it feels very immersive and stands out from other entries.
The depth is impressive, especially for a jam game, and it kept me curious while playing.
I think a bit more clarity or guidance at the beginning would make it easier to get into, but overall this is a very strong and well-made game. Great work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for digging into the game!

Knowing that the depth kept you curious means a lot to me. I completely agree about the need for clearer initial guidance; I’ll focus on creating a smoother onboarding experience to help players dive into the world next time. (ツ)ノ

What a groovy game! I liked how it was a rhythm game with a twist. I may not have fully understood the scoring, but the graphics and music were amazing.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! (ツ)ノ

For this jam, I wanted to explore a different kind of rhythm experience, so I’m glad the “twist” resonated with you.

Really cool looking and sounding game. I like the unique concept. I did not really get how the scoring works, but maybe it was due to some lagging. I think this game needs a proper PC to work smoothly, but I did play it on my office laptop, which seems not enough.

Congratulations to this very unique entry with some cool music!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the kind words about the atmosphere and the audio! (ツ)ノ

I’ve realized that ensuring smooth performance across various devices is a key hurdle I need to clear for better accessibility.

A true rhythm game! I tried to do something similar, but it all turned out more like a runner xD. I like your game and I'm impressed by the mechanics. I'll definitely give it a 5/5 rating.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you for the generous support!

I completely get the “running game” comparison—that actually sounds like a fascinating concept with a lot of potential! >

For this project, I visualized the controls like DAW automation, aiming to create a experience where players could shape their own musical emotions in real-time.

Hearing that the mechanics resonated with a fellow creator means a lot to me. (ツ)ノ

Pretty nice game with a great identity, top entry!

Well done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I put a lot of heart into creating a unique identity for this game, so I’m thrilled you enjoyed it. Hearing that it felt like a “top entry” is a huge honor! (ツ)ノ

One of the more unique games i played this jam. I agree with some of the feedback below that the controls were not obvious to me and honestly im not  a rhythm gamer but even so this seemed very unique. Hope you continue developing it!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! It’s a huge honor to hear that my game felt unique to you among so many entries.

Your encouragement to keep developing it means the world to me! (ツ)ノ

Unfortunately, I could not figure out how to play this game. I read your instructions, but it just seemed really unresponsive when I was playing. I am really not sure what the arrow keys mean. I really like the design of the crab drummer! Everything looks awesome, but I just couldn't figure out how to play. Maybe a tutorial could help! Love the idea tho Keep it up!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for playing and for the kind words about the crab design! I’m sincerely sorry that the controls felt unresponsive and confusing. It’s a big point of reflection for me that my intent didn’t come across clearly.

Your feedback about the tutorial is spot on, and I’m definitely planning to add one to help everyone find their rhythm. Thank you for leaving such a helpful comment! (ツ)ノ

I’m actually really curious about your game, especially since I’m a drummer myself.
Unfortunately I can’t run it on my devices right now, so I couldn’t properly try it yet, but I’ve been following your updates and I love seeing your first jam journey.
Hope I’ll get the chance to play it soon!

Developer (2 edits) (+1)

Thank you so much! It’s a huge honor to hear from a real drummer.

To be honest, I packed so many ideas into this first jam project that the game became quite heavy, so I’ve had to put the smartphone version on hold for now. Your interest really motivates me to optimize it and keep improving. I truly hope you get a chance to play it soon! (ツ)ノ

Cool idea! I liked playing the drums :).

Interesting controls, as well as music with graphics.

I would like to have more influence on the music itself.

It was fun, congratulations!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thank you! I’m so glad you liked the idea. Great feedback! (ツ)ノ

Bro, I LOVED the drum mechanics. They're the newest I've seen so far. You only have one drawback, and that's exactly it. Your description isn't very descriptive either, LOL. I did my best (and I guess I did well because I got to Top 1 and Top 2, hehe), but honestly, it was pure intuition, because it's not clear exactly when you're doing it right and when you're not. If you can clarify that for the player, you have a world of possibilities with the drums! Well done ;)

Developer

Whoa, Top 1 and Top 2?! That is seriously impressive! With so many entries in the jam, I am deeply grateful that you spent so much time with my game and shared such a thoughtful, detailed critique.

I’ve been reflecting on the experience, and I realize now that I left too much of the “intent” to the player’s imagination. Relying purely on the player’s intuition was definitely a point of reflection for me, and I want to make those mechanics clearer in the future.

Honestly, your warm and encouraging comments have truly been a source of emotional support for me. Thank you so much for your kindness! (ツ)ノ

A perfect game! That crab-shaped drum makes for an especially adorable mascot. The background music is delightful, and the varying drum beats blend in perfectly no matter how they are introduced. The "Fever" mode feels incredibly satisfying to play. I gave it a run and found that I managed to land in fourth place on the leaderboard—I wonder if that counts as being pretty skilled?

Developer

Thank you! Calling it a “perfect game” is such a huge honor! (ツ)ノ

4th place is an amazing achievement! I’m so glad the crab drummer and the vibes resonated with you!
