A very chill and nice experience. Didn't really push it to the limits with going into the night, and it took me a bit of time to figure out that I need to collect and sacrifice relics.

It's fun, but very short - you kinda reach the wall in terms of environmental curiosities fast. I definitely wish for a bit more... Engagement, I guess? Maybe either in terms of collecting different relics for tower upgrades, or some environmental storytelling.

But it's a very nice and chill prototype, and I love the core gameplay loop.

Please keep it up, I am looking forward to your next demo!

tl;dw weird kind of game; I only realized later while I was watching my friend play Blossom that the game might be going for a progression kind of exploration game? astroneer, blossom, etc I didn't really get that while I was playing it but looking at it retroactively it does kinda seem like its headed in that direction

it's too early to say much about it though; I guess the only thing is that I just felt like stuff is wayyyy to far apart, I basically had to abuse crouch sliding to get anywhere otherwise I wouldn't of been able to really do anything

I've had a good time with this game. Managed to find 3 wands in total, teleport wand didn't seem to work well enough to transport me on the top of the rock formation which is a shame. Flying wand seems to be a reliable tool for ending the run, it does provide fantastic view in the process though. Slide wand was a personal favorite, going fast is always fun and this game is no exception. I failed to figure out how to regenerate mana, but wands I used on previous days appeared near the tower which is nice.

It might have been me, but it seemed one rock formation disappeared in front of my eyes, if it is a mirage mechanic, I have to say it's great. Skybox is stunning and there were no lags I've encountered, aside of waking up in the tower.

Two minor issues:

1. Accidental death when going fast -I do understand fall damage, but it shouldn't randomly kill you when sliding down a dune, very frustrating.

2. Sand trail is a great idea, working almost perfectly - jumps still leave a trail as if you were walking.

Pretty fantastic all around.

I really enjoy it unironically. two pain points for me:

- please let us disable a lot of this post processing, it looks disgusting especially the motion blur.

- skill issue on my side but i legit don't know how to recover my mana bar once i spend it

I bought the beacon and went deep into the desert. Long after i am lost, the sun rises and i see "the beacon has been doused by the sunrise". I wandered, lost in the desert, wandering in the heat until i went mad. After taking a break a bird descended and stole a bison relic from me, the giant flying bison allowed me to track the bird in the sky and i followed it home. This was an experience to remember.
