I love the retro feel; it reminds me of the classics but has its own cute touch. I love the design and the effects. I assure you it gets a 5/5 star rating in every aspect xD
The animations for the main character’s movement and when taking damage are so cute! (ツ)ノ
I liked the game but the wiring puzzle was kinda weird as you had to put the ends in a specific way. The theme and innovation was pretty on point. I really wished that there was audio.
Awesome pixel art, I liked how you can interact with the environment, the wire minigame was cool. But I think that the damage the player takes is a bit too high, i barely touched the green goo and got insta killed. Also the enemy drones let out a huge barrage of bullets at me and I couldn't try to hack any.
Great artstyle! Also, a pretty solid game when you get used to the env
Hey! Cool game with some interesting mechanics. Definitely need a tutorial on clickable objects like the door trigger, But I do suggest using a keyboard interaction when near is better. I also have no idea on how the wire minigame works, it just doesn't wants to snap into the spot.
loved the art style, great overall!
Love the cute visuals! Just some feedback: it took me a while to realize the buttons on the door were clickable, and I also got stuck on the magnet a few times. It would be great if the tutorial at the beginning could be a bit clearer.
Nice mood but got stuck couple times early on and couldn't move. Check browser console for errors, there are some - maybe it is related.
I think you ran out of energy. This version of Jam didn't leave enough time to implement it, but moving consumes energy, and once it runs out, the player can no longer move. thanks.
In the tutorial part, I'm not sure what I did, but I can't close one of the windows. It's dark and I can still play, but it has this overlay on top. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Oh, I figured it out. If you don't close the first pop-up right away and a second one appears, you can't close it anymore, and the whole game stays kind of dim, as if that first overlay is still there. btw if you get to this corner here you get stuck.
I like how it has this vibe. It has a mood you can feel with that music in the background.
i think i had a few bugs but interesting concept
I’ve been playing and ran into a lot of bugs haha. With how many there are, it almost feels like it should be called System Bug instead of System Protocol.
My machine exploded 10 times while I was trying to figure out how to get to the next room. I had no idea that I could just click the 'Next Room' button with my mouse. Even so, it’s a really creative game.
Sorry about that, I should have made it more obvious.
I got stuck on a wall in the first room after hitting space. am I missing something or is it a bug? are there controls beyond wasd?
There are other commands, but in the first phase it’s only WASD. It might be a bug in the wall collisions. I didn’t have time to test it lol. I’m still updating this project and I’ll make sure to check that, thanks.
It certainly seemed to be a response to me pushing the spacebar but that could just be my imagination. I wasn't on any particularly obvious protrusion or something like that that would have caused collision errors.
Wow really nice game bro!
Very nice entry, I do not have a lot of feedback for this, only for the tutorial message in the first level, I should make them show only 1 time, after a couple of times trying the pop ups are a little bit annoying, very good so far
I changed it so it shows up only once. I’ll release a new update once it’s live. Thanks!
