I took photos and ripped them directly from my cart save as they corrupted when I bumped my cart. the resolution from a direct rip is 128x112. I can add the software built in frame to bring it up to the resolution it says in the rules, but it isn't super flattering. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Am I allowed to at least edit a border around it instead to make it the size needed?

Yes, if you’re using the inside gadgets flash you can customize the border. In any case, sure drop the image onto a border of your choice.
