It seems to me that it is worth showing the number of coins collected by the player, as well as adding some meaning, such as getting a good ending.
there is no real death, you can respawn forever. But overall, decent work!

The game is really well made, but I feel like the transition when falling into the abyss is too abrupt. A small fade effect could improve it a lot.
