Cool game, I like it! When I first saw these fruits, I thought why are they so scary, and then I remembered what genre of game it is :D.

Interesting idea and nice game world. I also like how evil fruits look :D.

The only thing that made it difficult to fully enjoy the game was the mouse sensitivity, it is very sensitive for me, I am used to playing with less sensitivity, so it would be good to have such a setting like the one for music now :).

It was fun, congratulations!

Good idea! I liked the idea of protecting the king and destroying machines, it fits the theme so well. The third-person perspective is a nice touch for immersion. My only suggestion would be to work on the fluidity of the gameplay to make the movements and combat feel smoother. Very interesting project in general!

Very cool game. I had a few weird bugs but it was a very fun game.

Developer

Thanks for the review. Kindly point out the bugs so that I can fix them later.

This is quite an ambitious game for a game jam. I can imagine that a lot of work went into creating the whole world! I think you have already a lot of basic pieces in place (character movement, shooting, etc.), but it might still take some tweaking to make it feel very smooth. I experienced quite some glitches for example enemies which got fused into me and enemies I could not shoot. I really liked the hilarious choice of enemies :D.

Congratulations to this entry!

I defeated thee machine boss! A complete entry, with increasing difficulty. The 3D-graphics are nice with a retro touch.

I was not able to fire while walking, but I could shoot while standing still or sprinting at the same time. I wish we had mouse sensitivity settings in the game, because it was difficult to aim.

The power ups with increased fire rate are nice, as I felt more and more powerful (positive feedback loop). With some more polish and extra weapons and different kinds of enemies, this could be a good roguelite, well done.

That's Awesome and thanks for feedback. There's actually a settings for the sesitivity. Press Esc key.

Developer

Sorry about that. I forgot to lower the sensitivity before submission. Kindly check the settings for the sensitivity and adjust it.

Very good idea and combat is fun. Greatly done in such a short time.

I ran into issues with the mouse sensitivity, but after reading the comments, I was able to fix it. Finishing the settings on my own was a little unintuitive. I would have thought they would be available in the main settings. I also had issues with the gun firing not being very consistent. Sometimes I wasn't sure why it wasn't firing. Seems like the enemies spawn really fast as well. There were a few other little things, like the music not starting at the beginning, and still having control of the camera when you die. I really like the enemy design, and the world you built is cool. Nice work, keep it up!

Thank you for your feedback—I really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

At the start of the game, the music is intentionally disabled so players can clearly hear the conversation between the king and the knight, which helps set the context. Regarding combat, firing is only possible while standing or running; it’s not available when walking.

With enemy spawning, the world is designed to feel expansive, which can make strategic fallback possible when your health—or the king’s health—is low. To balance this, defeating monsters provides health boosts or increases your fire rate. That said, the primary objective is to destroy the giant machine, not to focus too heavily on the monsters.

Thanks again for your input—it’s helpful as I continue refining the experience.
