Oh, this was such a fun game! The humor was fantastic, and the whole experience felt really immersive and entertaining. I think I got pretty close to solving it, but I ran out of time. I released the second cat from the hidden passage, but after that I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. I couldn’t get in there myself, so I started trying to get a second cup of water to try and reopen it, when the timer went off and I got fired for being a terrible cultist :( Perfect fit for the theme! Amazing job!

Fun little game! I really enjoyed the humor and all the different interactions. The ending felt a bit sudden to me, but I still had a great time playing. Great job!!

Really interesting game. I really liked some of the puzzles. I think maybe the mystery solving aspect could have been more obscure, since the notebook at the end gives it away. Overall really good job though!

Thank you so much for your kind words, we are very glad you enjoyed the game!
As the one who obseseed over dialogue and hints the last days I do see your point, but at the same time I am glad that this had a deadline and I had to stop 😄 I might have kept going forever

Your game was really fun to play. I felt some LucasArts vibes here and there. In particular, I loved the dark humor (the "oooh" bits at the beginning really cracked me up, so did the guy that hit his head against the altar).

I made it to the end and picked one culprit, but I got a "that guy so wanted to get sacrificed" message and a "Game end" screen, so I am not too sure whether I actually completed the game or found an end game bug.

All it all I enjoyed it, though. Thanks for a fun experience.

That you pointed out these two details makes us really happy 😄 Nice to see, that these details actually resonate with players.
What you describe sounds like you can interact with the npcs in the endscene, which shoul not be the case. Thank you for pointing that out!
We are very glad you enjoyed the game, thank you for your kind words!

It was pretty interesting and fun! I enjoyed it.

I did notice a few bugs:

  • if you keep talking to the guard, he keeps repating the dialogue about movign out of the way... and moves each time. If you talk to him enough, he eventually walks out of the map.
  • I can get infinite free beer from the shopkeeper, which fills up the inventory slots if you do it too much.
  • After the fireplace, the screen shakes forever and it freezes, so I had to restart. The reason is that the cat that comes out has collisions enabled, so I got pushed inside the bookshelf, and got stuck.

Okay the cat pushing you into a shelf is definitely a new one  😂 Sorry, that must have been really annoying.
Thank you very much for starting over, your detailed report is really helpful!

We are glad you enjoyed the game :)

That was sweet and fun, I enjoyed the experience.

The only thinkg I noticed is that at the end screen, if I click somewhere, there is the sound effect of speaking going on. Don't know if it is a little bug or a missing end scene.

We were really happy to see this, especially as the first comment!
That is indeed a bug, thank you for pointing it out 😊

We are glad you enjoyed it!
