Which theme(s) did your game incorporate, and how?
I picked under pressure and used sawblades that follow the player, to keep them under pressure.
Did you use any pre-made assets? If so, what were they and where were they from?

Congrats on submitting your first game jam game!
I was certainly under pressure because of the sawblabes. But like others have pointed out before me, the controls are kind of holding me back from beating the game. I got to the 4th level on my second try but having to reset to level 1 kinda killed it for me... I would have loved some kind of checkpoint system. I think for your jumps you can try to implement something like coyote timer for jumping off edges or a jump buffer system to make the jumping feel more responsive.
simple yet fun twist in a classic platformer style, was fun playing.. thanks for this
Super fun! BUT going back to level 1 is super punishing for a "simple" game!! LOVE the controls and everything, but yes, I'll have to beat it later!! Great job. Would love your thought on my game!
Fun but stressfull game, cant win the second level to be completly honest
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I do think that the last jump in the second level is a bit too ambitious.
I really liked Bunker! Good luck with the jam.
A veeery stressful game — especially because of the controls. The idea with the saw blade is really cool, but the controls still need some work. In particular, jumping off edges sometimes just doesn’t work properly. The controls can get genuinely frustrating at times :D — which definitely made me feel under pressure.
The second level actually felt harder than the third one. I liked that there are different variations of how the saw blade chases you.
Cool parallax effect, epic pig, and the theme was implemented really well.
Thanks for your comments! Looking back at it, I think the issues with jumping right at the edge of platforms were caused by the way I made the collision shapes in Godot, a lesson learned.
Loved the pixel art in your game, good luck!
Thanks for playing! With the 'back to level 1' after every death, I was running out of time and felt it was the only way to extend play time, probably not the best idea! Took your advice about the resolution, thanks for that!
Loved playing your game, I'm a big fan of the inspection-type games. Good luck!
I think the game would be fun with a little polish on the platforming and maybe if the saw blade had a bit of a warning animation before it comes at you. There is a lot of pressure to make the jumps, but the jumps are so wide in some cases that it's an almost guaranteed fail, and then you're sent allllll the way back to the start of level 1 if you land on spikes, or dodge the blade at the wrong time, even from level 4. Unfortunately that makes it a bit more frustrating than fun. Maybe a couple of tries before being sent back to the start of the game would also help. I do like the art, and the way the camera moves is pretty smooth, with the parallax background adding to the smooth camera effect. Good luck in the jam!
Thanks for your comments! Yes, definitely a bit of polish is needed.
Had alot of fun playing your game. Good luck to you too!
