the guide said that endurance+ gives +20ml or 4 max cum times, but i tested at 72+ and it only gives 1 every 2 dose, so i wonder was it changed after any update or i misunderstood the guide?
i already known it, but what i want to ask is why my endurance+ got diminished, like i have to take 2 endurance+ to got 1 max cums, but not 8? also i got onto 75 currentcums and didn't cum since that, but i'm still safe, is there any time RNG to got my balls exploded, or the currentcums must be higher?
