Very smart potion mixing system. Id love to see an RPG with potion mixing actually have a minigame that requires a bit of strategy like this one

Neat little potion system!

A cool way to bring in another Oblivion mechanic, and while definitely not without its issues, I appreciate the big swing! I realized once I had picked my ingredients, as long as I made sure the ingredient I needed to be "greater than" and everything else used the smaller segment, I was generally fine. A fun experiment!

Cool idea! I think this is the first game in which I really feel the decisions matter very much, because of the ingredients overlaps. A little complicated, but with some refining it could be fun.

There were some issues with some misaligned texts.

Art was great. I loved the guy asking for the explosion potion.

Was a bit confused with the results. Picked ingredients such that there was no possible overlap with other potions, and followed the greater than / less than instructions, and the customers were happy, but it'd say the name of a completely different potion I hadn't put in the ingredients for off to the side while the customers were telling me I did a good job.

UI was initially misaligned, but I fixed it by zooming out with ctrl-. I see in another comment you mentioned having trouble with that-- one trick I use is to just let my debug window be resizeable and just drag around to random resolutions and try to find ways to pin my elements together so they flow with that. I use godot, but I imagine you could do similar with unity.

I like that you went for another goofy Oblivion mechanic with 4-ingrediant potions! The art style was nice, and despite some errors in maybe the screen element alignment it was fun to play (if short). Nice work!

The screen alignment on itch is always getting me, It always takes me so long to adjust

I really like the use of the wheel as potion mixing!

I like the concept!

It feels like the puzzle is basically solved when you pick ingredients rather than when you fill out the wheel.

Developer

Yeah I ran into this a lot while developing. I was going to make the potions you get random but that added a lot of other possible issues

I was way too ambitious with the original system so I ran out of time trying to rework it
didn't have enough time to add new content lol
