The slash animation after the tutorial was so sick, my jaw actually dropped

I am glad you enjoyed it!

SUCH a strong idea!! I enjoyed this so much, mainly because of that twist that happens right at the start! Lead me to replay the game to check if that always happens, and it does, which is awesome!

I couldn't get far after that, but you can tell there's something strong here. Well done!

Thank you, my sister AlpineK8 created all of the art for the cut-scenes and I think they came out really well. Unfortunately the game ended up being a bit to hard, but with reduced quota increase and enemies it's a bit more balanced.

Damn it's sick! I get that you didn't manage to make the web build, maybe that's why you're getting lower ratings, but it definitely deserves more. And, just curious, which language/engine did you use for the game? Otherwise, well done, it's pretty good.

Developer

Thank you so much for trying our game. For the game I used python with the pygame library to handle all the rendering. I periodically tested the web build to ensure it worked, so it broke sometime in the last 3hr of development but I ran out of time to fix it.

Sad.zip was my web build. Sadly it didn't work but I forgot to remove it. TidalWolf.zip is the actual game

Maybe try to hide the Sad.zip file in settings, so players might won't feel confused.

This is an absolute gem I really enjoyed this game, I have lots of questions on how you made it with what? Are the island procedurally generated? But its a great use of the theme I love the idea of time managment that i need to return to the ship really creative. Very charming game, Great Job!

Developer

Thank you so much for trying our game. I think it was a bit to ambitious for the time limit but I think it came out well (but a bit buggy). The islands are all procedural generated with random parameters for the steepness and height . I programmed it in python using pygame for the visuals. Thanks, if you have any suggestions or other feedback let me know
