I need help with the controls, I just know how to move, jump(Z), and attack(X).

Those are the only controls in the demo, except for opening the map/pause menu (Esc). If you use cheats to enable the Sprint, you can sprint with Shift, and if you enable the Crush with cheats, you can use it with the down arrow
