i'm not sure when i plan on adding it since i'm really into it myself, but it is still planned. the implementation would more or less just be a dialogue description of what happens as i don't know how i would do a visual for it.
Either way it will get added in some way at the very least, and i can probably add it in relatively soon since it shouldn't take too long.
Awesome, some other suggestions I have are maybe stretch marks or a red hue to the stomach when full? I get some people don't like this and neither popping too so maybe it can be an optional toggle like the farting and burping?
