Your idea for vip is so cool, and it's awesome that it's the central idea your whole faction revolved around. I dunno how you came up with the idea with the tortoise and hare but it's really awesome

Really clean faction ! You were able to make the idea of a roaming building work ! The tortoise becoming a ruin when destroyed is very flavorful.

The core gameplay loop seems so interesting that it almost feel like a shame to have it striped down when the tortoise is gone. At this point, your only goal is to defend 3 settlements ? Well I guess that makes it a Very Important Piece :)

This is such a unique theme!  I'm just picturing a bunch of hares with javelins hanging off the side of a giant, slowly moving tortoise.  I can imagine pulling off a string of Wanderings would be so satisfying!

I do wonder about this faction's ability to scale their warrior count.  Most other factions with a lot of warriors either have a separate step for recruitment that doesn't limit your main source of actions (e.g. Hundreds, Keepers) or let you recruit multiple warriors for a single action without additional cost (e.g. Marquise).  If the faction got low on warriors, I could see them spending an entire turn just recruiting to stay in the game.  But maybe the problem is overblown in my mind.  Curious on your thoughts?
