Didn’t get this one really, I think I figured out what the controls were doing but not much happened as a result, and there didn’t seem to be a win or lose state. The buttons didn’t feel at all satisfying to click due to the lack of feedback (no animation, no audio, long cooldowns).

The game sent my GPU fans spinning, probably a good idea to limit FPS and/or resolution for game jams. Also this one triggered a very loud coil whine from my GPU for some reason, which I haven’t experienced before even with far more demanding games.

BTW I’m on Linux so this took some fiddling to get running: I think if you marked the upload as being for Windows, I could have just installed it through the itch.io app, which I was running through Steam/Proton.

One team member is listed as contributing to the music but I had no sound/music in game. As others mentioned interacting with a weird control panel is cool but felt like my interactions were meaningless.

I hit the enemy with the big pendulum and it startet to spin around me very fast. That was funny.

The game is obviously unfinished, but the 2d art is nice.

a little bit hard to work out what we're supposed to be doing here. some cute art, but the interactions were unclear, didn't have much feedback etc. Hard to understand what my goals were or how to achieve them. Just like real life I guess.

Kinda reminds me of Myst and Riven, with that feel of operating a machine where you have absolutely no idea what it does. I really like the deflection puzzle, that feels straight out of Myst, and I woulda liked to see more out of this, but it does feel like a lot is missing which is a shame.

I had no idea what was going on. I don't say that to be mean, I appreciate the effort involved and all, but it feels unfinished and confusing. Also there appears to be some coding leaks or something because the simple-visuals game was ragging my PC HARD and I have some top tier components. Still good effort guys, I think another look at it could yield some better results.

Game is unfinished so wont go into critiques (which there would be some), but the 2D art was nice and would be interested to see where this goes with more time!
