It is quite promising!

It would be nice to see a progression system and in general, ways to get extra energy to build cooler defenses.

Well done!

So far it's a premisce, I just had to connect the 4 towers to the castle and let the waves come. I like the concept to have to manage in realtime the connection to power the towers when need, it just seemed not implemented yet. Nice take on the assets, it suits your project. Well done.

I honestly didn’t really understand the gameplay. I got through the tutorial, but I still wasn’t fully sure what I was supposed to do besides connecting cables from the castle to the towers

Maybe the tutorial just needs a bit more explanation or guidance. I also think the game would feel better with more sound effects for the player’s actions

Great idea and start. Has the potential to be a great puzzle game wih more complex levels

Really enjoyed this take on the tower defense genre! The gameplay feels familiar enough to jump into quickly, but it has its own ideas that keep it interesting. I especially liked how the mechanics fit the jam theme while still feeling like a proper strategy game.

Definitely a fun project to spend some time with 😄

TowerDefence games for the win! Would have loved a more zig sag mapp for the enemy to run

Developer

Thanks for playing! A zig-zag map was actually in my original design! I had to scale back the scope a bit for the jam submission, but it's definitely on the top of my list for future updates

Good effort, love the fact there is a tutorial. I wasn't a fan of the camera position but that's just me. Good job

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad the tutorial was helpful. The camera angle is a great point, and it's something I can review for a future update. Thanks for playing!

Nice game Idea. I like to see it with more variation tho and maybe a bit more thinking. The Level you were able to play was really straight forward due to the fact that u directly were able to connect all 4. Even tho still I did enjoy it and would love to see future updates.

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! You're right, the level ended up being too simple since you could connect all 4 towers right away. I definitely want to add more variation and strategic thinking in future updates. Glad you enjoyed the concept!

Nice concept! I did just connect the four towers on the main level and that won it for me. I couldn't figure out how to disconnect or cut a wire. I can imagine if the idea expanded the tactics could become quite fun! good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I actually forgot to upload the updated enemy data, haha. By the way, you can right-click to disconnect the cables.
