I probably wouldn't say this to most of the entries, but don't take the ratings too seriously. Your game is a niche game so it's going to be harder to get an accurate read from the general public.

This game has potential. I can think of at least three people I'd share it with. It reminds me of Epistory but haunted instead of dreamworld. Because it's a typing game it won't appeal to as many people. That doesn't change that it is a good game.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I have a lot of ideas that I would like to add to the game, and I hope I can do that in the future and bring an updated version here for everyone in this niche who would like to play!

Well I really stick at typing. But this would be a fun game to practice with. I like that typing letters for one word can help build up another word.  It's a really cool idea and kudos on doing all the art yourself! I'm terrible at art so I always admire people who are good at it

I am not known for my exquisite typing.

I like the concept a lot, especially that the words are in Latin which both feels appropriate narratively and challenges the player to pay close attention to spelling.

Highlighting the already typed characters works great, though it was strange when a new enemy's word was already previously typed due to linking to a previous defeat.

The fast moving ones are very rude, even if they have short sequences. And ones which appear from the bottom and right are far easier to deal with than those from the top and left, since you can see the starts of their words to begin with.

With some sound, music and animations this could be quite addictive.

Typing games are always fun ^^ Would have really loved to have some sound effects or music to accompany the vibe of the experience!

Thank you! Yeah, I agree. I really wanted it to have sound but due to the time constraint we couldn't implement it in time. I think I'll add sound and a original music as a post jam update.

It was really cool how the character calmly flipped through the pages during all of this. I had fun while playing, felt the tension, and even learned a bunch of Latin words. Thanks for the submission!

The words coming from the left are a big pain in the butt, especially when they are longer words traveling fast.  Solid work!

It's pretty fun, shame I'm not the best at spelling lol.

Thank you! I learned some really useful Latin words today. :)

Well done! Always love a typing game. Wish it could've kinda scaled quicker and got harder, I was at 40 when I just saw all the same words and it wasn't really getting any harder so I stopped! But good work

Thanks for the feedback! I don't know if the rules allow difficulty adjustments from now on, but if so, I would like to adjust this among some other bugs. I'll try to check with the Jam staff.
