Fun game, for a jam game it feels like you both got a lot done! Great art and text options, music fit perfect with the game. I like how you can just do the 3 dates and its up to the player if they want to play more from that point. Great job!
I had fun! I wish there was an option for me to reject them. I loved the art aesthetic. It was really cute.
This one made me smile the whole way through! Really loved the little personality cards that I could zoom over, and they way that the questions and answers were phrased. Well done, Sam and Sam!

I really liked this little chat up sim :) It's nicely polished, with full game loop. The graphics and story were well executed and whimsical. I enjoyed the gameplay mechanic. My favourite part was the little blushes the npcs give when you said something they particularly like, that did make me smile.
Only thing I would have loved to see added would be some sounds/music.But I think you did a really great amount for the jam (and way more than me!) :)EDIT (Sorry my PC volume was too low, I replayed and can now hear the music and sound. I thought they were adorable and fitting with the general aesthetic).
One of the NPCs was a bit broken though, the sheet said they really really hate outdoors, but when I picked the outdoors responses, they instantly didn't like it (I think maybe they really really love the outdoors). Still, lovely game :) I will try to update my score about the music/sound!

Glad you got to enjoy the sound :)) And I'd have to see what responses you picked but if the NPC says they hated outdoors then that means you would not want to pick any response that mentions the outdoors, as I think you said you did? Can't be sure! But if you infer they hate that then that is just kinda a way to tell to avoid that subject if that makes sense :) Either way the NPC's are all randomly generated so sometimes weird conflictions are plausible!!

Nice aesthetics. The main gripe I have with these kind of games is that I often feel like I’m trying to guess what makes sense to the creator rather than what makes sense to me.

Really good take on the connections theme. You've done really well with the aesthetics. I felt a little manipulative picking answers based on the card sheet. The dialogue was well thought out though.

I'm not in dating sims (I was bad at dating in my youth), but this is well done. For a rookie in Blender, the models are charming and have character.
The voices remind me of Celeste. It works well to make people speak. I'll keep that in mind.
There's a lot of text. For a non-native speaker even with a good level, this is much, but we have plenty of time to read and understand, so that's working.
I may not play again but it was fun and well designed. Thank you !

Laughed so hard during my first attempt, everything went horribly and everyone was mean to me loool. Then I did a second playthrough, actually matched with all 3 candidates. Such a charming game, the dialogues and characters are insanely entertaining. The writing is really creative too, kudos to the dev!

Oh my god I loved this so much! I had a huge smile on my face the whole time. There is so much going on visually and I love all of it, the low poly 3d art, the pixel art and low resolution, the text effects, it's all such a fun aesthetic. I laughed out loud at a lot of the writing and when the cute blocky characters got mad at me with their >:( eyebrows.
I especially love how the dialogue was presented, the sound effects are so charming, and the different effects like color / size changing or animating adds SO much character.
I completely lost it when one of them called me balding and ugly.
I've been at this for a while and I've gotten like 1/15 matches, I hope that doesn't say anything about me!

I really enjoyed this game! A great way to play into the theme and as someone who does enjoy dating sims and relationship building aspects of games, this was joy to experience.

The voices for the characters are great, and the game has a really cool concept. Had to run it back because the first time everyone rejected me.

I loved the different dialogue options lol. There were some really funny ones. I also like the sfx you had to go along with the dialogue
