The game indeed rage me, "wanna be guy" style. After the 3rd fall from the second section and have to restart from the bottom again I gave up. Seems like you put a lot of tough in the level design, good work on that. Not for me but still nice work.

I wanted it to be simple and I started with like 3 days cut off of my 9 days due to out of town. I just didn't have the time to draw anything I would have liked. And the game by itself looked pretty complete as a minimalist game. I'm half you liked it, thanks for playing :D

I love this "rage jumper game" idea! Good job on getting the core gameplay to work.
However, I wish it had some animations or at least used some actual assets, also the UI elements are gigantic when you play in browser.
Nevertheless, it's a solid project!

it actually does have animations. I developed it on mobile so I never had the chance to playtest it on PC, You can test it on mobile, there are very little bugs there, thanks for the comment :D
Iv played this game a lot of times and iv my bets on this game.. iv nothing to recommend for this game considering my game is shit but it's definately making in the judges picks and community picks:))

Simple graphics, not many distractions from the imminent doom and despair you're about to go through after every single bit of progress, i personally like it. Character could use some animations and maybe sound, other than that... good game.......... but also screw you a little (im joking, just playing along lol dont worry, game lives up to it's name though ill give it that)

Great job! I really enjoy these trap style games. As a suggestion, maybe you can add gamepad support in a future update. But overall is well designed! I did notice that the music cuts off when I fall in the location shown in the picture. It's at the beginning, when the chunk of the block falls straight down. You have to fall right after it falls off. If I avoid that fall, it keeps playing. I'm playing on a browser on my PC. Just wanted to share it with you. It's not a knock on the game. Minor bugs are expected in a game jam. Congrats!

Nice style and consistent design overall.
I just have a few friendly suggestions.
The beginning of the game could be a bit easier to motivate players to keep going. Also, I had no sound for some reason, and when moving up the control buttons blend into the background. The buttons also feel slightly too big.

Sounds like you were playing on Ipad or something. I didn't accommodate for that. I only thought of PC and mobile players. As for the song, I think that's also some issue with the device being unfamiliar. Thanks for the comment :D I'll try finding it if I find anything.
I played from a laptop through the Opera browser. Other games worked fine

subjectively troll game isnt my thing, i dont have enough patient to finish it lol, objectively this game is well polished, i like the art style, the music, i like how it react to you fall, i have love and hate relationship with moving platform in this game
