The fusion of watercolor art style with a 3D first person platformer is genuinely one of the most unique and beautiful visual combinations in the entire jam — the way the 2D tree images lock into perspective is such a clever and stunning touch. The camera tilting effect when turning left and right adds so much life and personality to the movement. The character portrait designs are really charming and the chill soundtrack fits the atmosphere perfectly. Making the stamina system more rewarding rather than restrictive and speeding up the mouse sensitivity a touch would really let the fast paced movement shine even more. One of the most visually impressive entries in the jam — great work! Feel free to check out my sky platformer too 馃槉

The camera movement and art style gave me Delver vibes, this game has potential. A LOT of it. There are some bugs (like getting stuck after interacting with a sign, locked in an endless staring contest with a piece of wood). The HUD feels minimal and perfect, though. Great work!

The game looks great, I only had a little trouble with the jump distance, other than that it's amazing.

Damn! The fusion of Watercolor style and 3D FPS makes this look so unique and good. I am just amazed by this game. Also the camera tilting effect when we turn left or right is just awesome.

The game looks really good overall.

I think the main menu could use a bit more polish, and the mouse movement could be a little faster. Other than that, everything feels great!

Yeahhh main menu was rushed lol

The nickname is Rat? I wouldn't call someone a rat if they left credits for the assets.

Liked:

  • the chill soundtrack
  • the 2d portraits of the characters
  • the wall jump mechanic (Was this okami inspired by any chance?)

Would improve on:

  • Stamina system, it doesn't add anything to the game and only inconveniences the player

still, managed to beat both levels and the tutorial.

The art and audio are amazing, satisfying, pleasing and unique. I really loved the character designs.

The platforming and movement feels great, a lot of first person platformers are kinda terrible, but you've pulled it off wonderfully here, although the stamina system ruins it. The game encourages fast paced movement, yet the core mechanic is in direct contrast and opposition to the design philosophy. I found myself kind of just standing around for most of the game, when I wanted to be engaging with the rest of the wonderfully made product.

Overall, amazing work! I really, really enjoyed this game and is one of my highest rated entries so far!
