My game isn’t fully horror based on current story.
Right now the horror is mostly in the setting and atmosphere. I wanted to add more story and horror elements later since this is mainly a vertical slice showing the core mechanic and vibe.
So the story is - "You play as a night shift operator connecting cables between callers through an old switchboard system. For the theme “connection,” I went with literally connecting calls while slowly building an uneasy feeling through the conversations and atmosphere."
Planning to expand it more in the future with a bigger story and progression.
Hi, I've done light horror game. I tend to go more for eiree vibes and psychological horror stuff than jumpscares. My game is about monitoring the connection with the satelites around the planet, and something keeps disconnecting them so you have to work out how to fix them and potentially defend your home from the dangers from the skies.
