Hi Vastav! You can still join and participate in the game jam. Due to the varying contest rules in other countries, we can only select US residents to be winners of the game jam. However, we're sure to receive a lot of great games from the jam that we may want to offer non-exclusive licenses to, which are open to non-US residents.
