Top Top TopPretty rad game! The game has a lot of style. You handled the skateboard jumping mechanic well by having him duck when you hold the jump button, and then he jumps when you let go. Very natural for a skateboarding game. I also appreciate that you included a way to perform tricks.

Jetpack CommandoI really liked this your colour scheme rocked especially when I got to the town bit. The game play and animation was fun, very clever especially learning a new engine and with less time :)

VS (Verdict Summit)I like the original graphics and the music loop that fits the game. The game is fast and does not take a break after a new game, which adds to the frenetic nature. It would be good if a leaderboard was added. It can be seen that there is still work to do. Background, more tricks and probably things you already have in mind. This is a very good start.

E é bem isso haha, sou fã das produções da Adult Swim, provavelmente influenciaram indiretamente. Gosto de fazer desenhos nesse estilo, mas normalmente não aplico muito em projetos de games, achei que seria legal juntar as duas coisas.
Gotta be one of my favorite games from this jam I've played so far! I love the artstyle and the ridiculous expression of the protag every time you do a jump. Music was great too. I saw in the description that you were thinking about expanding the game after the jam; I hope you'll go through with that! Would love to see a fully fleshed out version of this.

Yes, I definitely plan to keep working on this project after the jam, the original idea is quite different from what I managed to build here, and I’d really love to bring it to life. I also want to keep the visual style and properly add the effects and environments I already designed.

Yeah, I noticed that issue too. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to properly fix it before the jam submission deadline ended.
I definitely plan to remake and expand this project in the future with the original idea I had in mind. Initially, it was supposed to be physics-based rather than a platformer, but since this was my first project in GDevelop, I changed direction so I could still finish something in time for the jam.
