I appreciate the reflective nature of this one, very calm compared to some of the other stories I've worked through. These smaller stories are the most fun to explore in a grim dark setting, I find, and I think you do wonders in this one. Great work! 

A reflective piece, some sections meander and lose a bit of clarity but otherwise it's a sad, quiet moment that's been captured.

I really enjoyed the gentle pacing. The writing really allowed you to extrapolate a much larger narrative without having to spell it out <3 

i’m very fond of restrained pieces. bad numbers in a quiet room can be heavier than a battlefield, apparently. the story lets the impossible choice sit between cano and sette without forcing a big speech out of either of them. very clean, very calm, and quietly sad. loved it.

I liked it! 

I love the creeping dread and the easy parallels to real world resource exploitation.  Nicely done.

I likes the mood in this one, the slow build, the anticipation the never quite resolves. Quiet but tense, very cool!
