The pre-rendered aesthetic is absolutely stunning and instantly gives TOWER 34 a completely unique visual identity — the late 90s industrial feel comes through in every asset and the sound design ties it all together perfectly. The build mechanic with cryptic keywords like "terrenal" and "entropy" is so intriguing — not fully explaining what everything does actually makes you want to experiment and discover combinations yourself, which is a really clever design choice. Chocochis called it a diamond and it's easy to see why. An interactive tutorial mode would really help new players get into the depth faster — but the core concept here is genuinely special. Hope you continue this after the jam! Feel free to check out my sky platformer too 😊
Nice pre-rendered aesthetics, industrial sound.
Because the systems are complex, I'd recommend adding a brief interactive tutorial mode.
Good job!
Very fun game, innovative mechanics.
Sir, I was stunned, I love it. I want more... I wanted to experiment a little more but I want to check other games too.
But I have nothing to say, this is a diamond, hope you continue with the game.
Insane genre mashup, super cool game! The visual identity of this game is great and cohesively implemented across all the assets/hud. With exactly the industrial sounds you expect helping to tie it together. Really cool way to create a build for a character.
Feels like I have stumbled upon a hidden gem here. Love the old school vibes both in the prerender esthetics and its cryptic feel where key words like "terrenal" or "entropy" is not fully explained what it does in the game context. The omission of this information really piqued my curiosity and made me experiment with the "build mechanic" which comes with a nice sense of exploration of possible combinations! If this is an artistic choice I really respect it and if not I almost hope you keep it that way!
I was also baffled how you had the time to make such gorgeous prerenders during the jam period, how do you do them? Amazing work, it's a really cool game!
I absolutely ADORE the pre-rendered style of this, feels very late 90's. Unfortunately I seem to be a little too stupid to understand the mechanics, but from what little I could figure out, this game seems very unique!
Really nice art and audio. I find the concept to be really unique. Due to its complexity it is a little hard to grasp without some more info, maybe a small tutorial?
Great Game! I like how you can build a factory inside your gun or something. However, it would be better if theres like a tutorial not just some instructions since your game is pretty complex. NOT SAYING IT'S BAD. (not like mine is good) but it would be a good introduction for players who would like to know more about your game.
