Overall: Not a Risk player myself so I can only speak to what I saw clicking around, but the visual design is clean and there are some genuinely nice UI details in here.

What Worked Well:

• Visual Clarity: The red, blue, and green territory colors are clean and readable. UI elements are organized well throughout with no readability issues.
• Hover and Button States: The ring animation and extra ring on hover look nice. The "Complete Drafting" button color fading in to signal it's clickable is a good touch.
• Tooltips: The "invalid target" tooltips are helpful and have nice graphic design and animation.
• Marching Ants Attack Lines: The animated marching ants lines when attacking look great.

Areas for Improvement:

• Ring Slide: The ring sliding to the side on hover is a little weird. Worth reconsidering.
• Tactical Log: The tactical log feed with the scrollbar is too small, making the content unreadable. It needs more space.
• Operation Room Cropping: Elements inside the Operation Room modal are getting cropped on the right side.
• Tooltip Sound: The invalid target tooltips could use a simple error sound to go with the animation.

 No Cover Art: You really should put up a thumbnail.
