Occam's razor truly is best.

Beautifully put, thanks for reading! ;)

ceana has a very respectable “stop overthinking it” energy. everyone else is trying to solve the giant like a grand impossible problem, while she treats it like a job with one correct angle. that's charming to me, and easy to enjoy. great work.

I love the tone of this, very old-Disney movie esque, but I think its knee capped by being a lil wordy. Maybe it could have used a lil editing to trim some of the word fat- preferably to make more room for time with these very enjoyable characters!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. Being overly wordy is a bad habit I'm still trying to stomp out. Glad you liked it!

The trio of guards tossing out ideas for HOW the halfling was going to kill the giant was quite amusing, and you were quick with your characterization of each with only a thousand words. With a few editing passes (mostly for grammar and clarity) and maybe another draft, I think you'd have something really fun! It could easily fit in a lore blurb.

My second time trying such a short format, so I was a little nervous it would be too stuffed. Glad you liked it, and I appreciate the feedback!

Nice take on the classic David v Goliath story. Bartolo's prediction seemed to be quite close to the actual solution which weakens the finale but I love the characters voices and the general flow. Simple, and clean.

Developer

Cheers! Appreciate the feedback!

Interesting read. There are some grammatical errors toward the end, but I'm not sure if those were intentional for how the character speaks.  Overall, nice job!

Yeah, I wanted to give an accent a try, but it feels like it needs to be a lot clearer. Appreciate the feedback!
