pixel art + animations + asset packs

is pixel art allowed?  but like bigger one. like maybe manually placing pixels on like 512x1024 canvas or so.

like i seen you recommend 3d software and photoshop while all things i make i do only on laptop which runs linux and i'm quite bad at blender-like apps (unless you count goxel/minecraft-like apps, i'm mostly bad at textures, rendering, lighting OPTIONS - cause is simply too much, etc).

my preferred apps are like: pixelorama, gimp, krita, paint.js, lospec editor/piskel, maybe that goxel evetually.

i mean - making on paper i can too (and i even oftenly do that) but as far i read that's counted a sketch...

and a different subquestion - are animations allowed? like literal gifs (!not videos) i mean (eg. floating clouds, flying butterflies  or animating a waterfall) .

and what about making a set of images? like people here make asset packs. could it count or too much?

like 2 weeks is for me too long and i'd be just simply bored (i mostly do one art per day, not per 2 weeks)...
