Having the text be technically readable (so long as you contend with the potato's vile interference) is a brilliant design choice. It's easy to give up when something is impossible, but when you're actively fighting a demon tater, anything is possible.
Excellent. Before I realized that the text is legible I could tell exactly what the concept was from the title and art. A nongame for an extremely dark shelf.

Thank you! That's very kind. But also consider not fighting the Potato. Instead, join the Potato. Let the Potato's dark embrace close all around you.
May the potato forgive my stubborn ways and embrace me in the soil.

I'm glad it worked, the potato was speaking very loudly that day.
"The creator gave us 2-5 eyes and one grim consciousness, that we might be unable to see as much as we psychically murmur," as the proverb goes.
Really clever. Both awesome and terrible to look upon.
The Potato's Dread Majesty. Yes.
