As for new fetishes and kinks, I may add small things myself, but ultimately I'm open to ideas from fans as to what they want to see.
I've been asked multiple times about adding impregnation and futa content. Impregnation is an easy enough addition, so I will likely end up adding that in the near future (though I'd like to expand on it with consequences, beyond the superficial, in the future.)
If I end up adding futa, it will be entirely optional. I've heard from a lot of people who are both strongly for and strongly against it, so I'm holding off on it for now.

It's good to hear you are open to ideas, but I was really trying to find out if there was anything that you personally wouldn't be comfortable including.
I guess I can just ask about some of the more niche ones here and maybe help set some expectations for what your boundaries are.
Please feel free to give very short and simple answers, especially if one or even all of these suggestions has zero/no possibility of being included. No need to justify it if it's something you aren't comfortable with personally. Everyone has their own boundaries.
1: Male on Male
Would you be open to doing any male on male content? All of the content so far is m on f (with the possibility of Male on futa in the future) so I get the impression this one is a bit of a stretch. Also, if not male/male what about male on Cboy/andromorph (male with a pussy)?
2: Feral bodies
Specifically feral bodied and fully sapient creatures. So like a talking horse/dog/snake etc. To be clear, you would definitely need to be as explicit as possible that these characters are NOT just wild animals so as to avoid entering zoophilia territory. I think this one may be somewhat dangerous with regard to content guidelines, so assuming it's something you're open to, it may need to be rift pack content.
3: Vore
This is a very niche one. Mechanically it may be a bit strange to implement because it would likely take a bit of hand-waving or explanation to justify why your character can survive getting swallowed whole (or shoved into a giant pussy) by monsters repeatedly. Maybe the monsters just get off on predding the mc and just always let him go after they've had their fun. Of course digestion (preferably extremely pleasurable digestion) would also make sense for an enemy that has a game over like the smiler does.
Also, if you are open to vore more generally, would you be opposed to any specific types such as oral vore, anal vore, unbirth or even cock vore for potential male/futa enemies?
4: Transformation
I think transformation could only really work as part of a temporary sequence or a game over. If for example, the mc got TF'd into a furry you would need to go back and redo so much art where he's already drawn as a human, not to mention it would double the amount of work needed for art on any future scenes.
My vague understanding of the lore is that the mc should be fully immune to TF from the nano machines, but there may be extra dimensional sources to justify it. This is especially true if it's only part of a short and fully contained rift contract sequence like the smiler section.

As for your question:
1. For Male on Male, it's not something I'll be adding unless there is significant support/requests for it, as it's not something I'm personally into.
2. For Feral-bodied characters, you're right in that it would be sketchy when considering content guidelines, but I'm not against doing it for the Rift Pack, as you suggested. If there's support, I'll consider it, but it will never be in the regular release of the game.
3. For Vore, it's just not something I have much familiarity with, so I doubt I could do it justice. Maybe as a game over at some point down the line, but again, I doubt I could do it well enough for it to be worth including.
4. For TF, as you mentioned, it would be a lot of work to re-do scenes, if not impossible. If I do include transformation, it would have to be for a temporary sequence and not a permanent change for the MC.
Sorry if this is all a bit disappointing, but I have to be careful with how much variety I add to the game. Each fetish/kink and enemy type needs to be catered for, which means more work and delayed releases, so I have to keep things balanced.

Ok I've had some time to think and I've got a few more kinks that I'd like to ask about.
Just like before, don't be afraid to give short and sweet replies since this will be another list.
1:Player Anal
To be more specific I'm talking about scenes where the mc is penetrated anally. It could be a dick, a dildo, a strap-on, a finger or even a long tongue. If it's something you are open to I think it would be a good one to add a fetish and fetish XP for.
2: Tentacles
I feel like this one is pretty fair game since this IS hentai after all. It would be pretty great to have the mc feed a long hollow tentacle, and having him get penetrated too would be even better. Of course a more classic scene of the mc simply witnessing a lady get fucked by tentacles would also be wonderful.
3: Animal Genitalia
This is another super niche one. Specifically, this would be mare pussy or canine pussy for future female furries, and potentially cloacas on scalies/avians. For futas/male furries maybe knotted, equine or tapered/prehensile cocks. Also genital slits for futa/male scalies/avians or fish. This one really comes down to what you're personally comfortable with, and it may be pretty divisive to include.

Honestly, personally, I'm more of an NTR lover so anything with that (optionally of course), but I'm fairly sure nobody would want to see that given it's not well liked but many if at all lol. Some that I'd like to ask about however:
1. Size Difference: Whether that be scenes focused on the Player being smaller or the enemies being smaller, with unique positions relating to them (there's quite a few interesting ones.)
2. Hidden/Stealth/Implied: Scenes where the sexual act is hidden or implied rather then fully shown.
3. Teasing/Brats: Scenes focused on teasing or taunting the player in some way or capacity.
Would anything like this be something you'd be planning/interested in adding?
So I have pledged funds to supply 2 medium combos from fast food places on Finchy's Sub-Star. (Congrats on getting 79 subs and 87% funded at the time of this post, it proves that people are interested in your vision Finchy.) I have seen the progress update for the next area, and began to wounder. If the virus mutated the bums in the sewer in a lower mid class area into a frog and slug, what does the homeless camps look like? The quiet folk living in the forests off the land?
I bring this up to maybe have a single or duo fetish dense areas that would have some fetishes that are harder to find in normal areas, like how only two enemies are tagged for demonic and one for Scalies in the first district. This way you could add some fetish to the area without having to retroactively add the fetish tag to most previous entities. Like the slums might be more smell biased seductions happening and might have a new body type fetish like armpits. Or the forest might have some new fetish enemies like floral fauna.
I bring this up as a way to help implement fan fetish request so you don't have to bend logic to add the suggestions inorganically. While adding a mini giantess to a city works, adding a Kaiju inside a building doesn't. I am NOT saying this as a way for fans to add maps/areas, but for the dev to think of how to integrate suggestions.
