I know that the description gives some hints,  but would it be possible to know what nsfw tags are involved here? Also, if we can know which one are unavoidable if this is applicable. 

I assume a full lesbian playthrough would be impossible? If there are even lesbian content here.

Chapter 1 mainly establishes the world, Serith’s situation, and the core adult themes of the game: corruption, humiliation, power dynamics, social pressure, and moral compromise.

Later chapters move further into that direction and become much more explicit, including full sexual content. The adult material is meant to grow naturally out of the world, the characters, and the power structures around Serith, not feel disconnected from the main story.

Regarding lesbian content: there is none in the current version. It is something I could see fitting Ash and Velvet in the future, but if it happens, it would likely follow the same darker tone as the rest of the game - power, status, manipulation, humiliation, and corruption - rather than a separate romantic route.

Ash and Velvet is a story-driven VN first, but later chapters include more branching moments and scene variations. Choices are meant to shape Serith’s attitude, how certain dynamics develop, and how some scenes are framed or remembered.
