I thought the game idea was really cool, but I found it difficult to get past the doctors

Wow, fun game! Visuals were simple, but the actual mechanics and game were very fun, wish it was longer! Great entry, the story was very... creative and definitely eye catching. If I had to give any feedback, I would say to maybe have the pill upgrades persist after you die, but I can hear why you chose not to do that. Overall, fun entry! 

This game has a similar mechanic to mine where you have guards with vision and you try not to get caught, i beat the whole game and it was fun

I understand the "you are the enemy" theme, but is the invisibility thing caused by the cancer, and that's why you're trying to stop it? Maybe I don't understand. Fun gameplay regardless.
