There is a bug with importing master as a servant character. If you save a preset for master and try to import it when creating a servant, that servant is going to have permanent Rebellious debuff, despite having positive Tame and Authority factors and 0 subordinate resistance. So using master to quickly creat a few presets or starting a new game+ and deciding to have two of your characters swap roles is going to give you a permanent cripple instead.
