I think it would help give further emphasis on being submissive if the MC had some visible expressions to getting milked or being held by a monster girl with huge boobs, like with the Cult Matron, if you include a begging skill, rather than having the default face the MC's got a happy smile on him that gets more drunk happy for each ejaculation.
If possible for the none third person ones like the Flinchy minigame a toggleable panel of the MC having different expressions depending on the willingness to either submit or escape.
