I've only recently started playing and just finished the first level, exiting the church. I've noticed that I always get bitten to death by zombies. Where are the sex scenes with them, and how can I tell them apart?

love to know as well. I believed there are some that is on the toilet and the wall crawlers but idk when you will encounter them.
