Congrats on completing your first game jam! Not that it impacts gameplay at all, but I think it would be cool to see a preview of the flower choices when you upgrade instead of just a colored box. I was glad that the slugs were slow, because the gnats were really annoying... just like in real life. 😂 Nice job!
Very clever and origianal idea. Its true that the interaction is a little bit scuffed but not somehting unbearable. I managed to play a decent amount of time and i enjoyed the flower variety as also the enemies and different purposes of each item onmy screen. Good work!
I played on PC and apparently didn't figure it out. I couldn't water the flower and didn't see the mutations =(
Thank you for your feedback. Due to inaccurate mouse detection, you need to click in the center of the water droplet to make it burst and water the plant. I suggest playing on your phone for a better experience.
You see the mutation after playing the first game round, which lasts 1 minute
I'm not sure how I am supposed to water the flower, clicking on the big droplets doesn't seem to affect it (or maybe I missed it). The mutations are fun, and the bouncing droplets really add to the simple gameplay. The flower are pretty!

I really liked this! It's simple but it does what it does well, the short rounds are fun to muck about with for a bit and the progression of each flower species is really cool!
