Nice job and reminds me to do some non-monetized games on here to hybridize commercial things i admire too, I just haven't gotten around to it at all (or much).

Gave this high marks and you an itch follow, if you like the thing(s) on my page(s), consider doing the same.

Cheers!

really nice work! you got the balatro mechanics working very well and the Oregon trail is a great setting to set it apart. sound effects are a bit too similar, maybe you could use western inspired sound effects. it would make sense to have dice with sides other then 12 to add variety and complexity. you might try hooking up three.js for the dice, i think actually seeing them roll in 3d would greatly increase the feel of the game. great job overall!

Thanks! Yeah its a bit tough to get the hang of and play well. My brothers been play testing it and it took him a while to make it to round 8. Not sure how much the tutorial info helps either. You kind just have to play it!

Really cool game :) I would love to go through some "playthrough" session, but it's not affecting the game:) Very cool concept:))))

Really nice game :) Will play some more rounds.
Only thing annoying is when you start a trail the screen flashes bright white for 1 second :(
Using Chrome Browser in Windows 11.

Thanks, appreciate it! The bright flash was on my radar once upon a time but I'd kind of forgotten about it cause all the images were cached on my machine, thanks for the reminder.  Just pushed an update that should prevent the flash bang. Cheers!
