Whichever you're more comfortable with imo

tbh, it depends on what you want. Unity is more powerful than Godot, and just the best all rounder game engine. Godot is good as well because it's easy to learn. Personally, I use Godot. I used to do Python, and since GDscript has a very similar syntax to python, Godot is perfect for me. What engine are you currently using?

Personally, I prefer Unity, as it can do more, but it really just depends on the complexity of your game and which one you're more comfortable with.

Depends on your current skill level or how simple you want creating a game to be. Godot is really simple to learn and is what I use but Unity is much more complex for beginners. Unity also better preforms with 3d in my opinion and has many more tutorials whereas Godot uses a simple python-like coding language.
