I like the music of the game. It reminds me of playing Half-life or Quake. The game does lag a lot before it runs smoothly. I like how the menus are designed.

You play as a character stuck in a sewer, slowly mutating over time until there's nothing left of you.... You can pick up additional mutations that can help you go faster, at the cost of mutating faster.

I really enjoyed this overall. The artstyle and music is great and complements the gameplay well.
Some of the powerups I haven't yet figured a good use for like for better sliding, since I only ever use the slide when using shortcuts. I'm also not sure if the game over screen ever showed me any other metric for how far I've actually gotten aside from the types of rooms visited in the run (that is in endless mode).
I think adding some feature to reverse mutation progress would make the endless mode a lot more interesting (and actually endless in theory) as you could stack powerups for longer and I would've loved to know how that would've affected my controls and overall gameplay.
One of my favorite entries thus far!
Thanks a lot for your feedback!
We totally agree with you on the endless mode, and that's the direction we planned on heading into. (Because, as you say, right now endless mode is effectively 3 minutes).
Some kind of higher trade-off for picking up powers, and then some way to reduce the mutation again so it really is more about making your perfect build and seeing how fast and awesome you can become.
У меня камера постоянно смотрит в ноги =( и не чинится,не удалось поиграть гдето код сломан=( у друга вроде смотрит нормально но дешь не работает,над поработать над фокусом
I enjoyed the game; I like games with this kind of control scheme, although I missed being able to make the character speed up a bit. The visuals are very good. (Unfortunately, my PC couldn't always run it smoothly, but that's not the game's fault.)
I love movement games like this, reminds me a little of Ultrakill and the old Boomer Shooters! Great entry
Had a fun time with this one! Movement felt great and I liked how you could make builds for your run (I had a slide build). Did hit a few lag spikes but it was mostly during room transitions so it didn't really interfere with gameplay.
Hi, the game is really cool and decent, all the way this timer at the top kept me on edge, and the different sids are generally wow!
Love the Quake-like aesthetic and the snappy controls. Had a few lag spikes (downloaded version) during my first run but it settled down after that.
An interesting take on a speedrunner, nice job with the design an movement, i myself was getting some freezes throughout the gameplay, but nothing too major
This is a fun deathrun/speedrun game! Like the control's ease of use, power-ups/mutations that you can pick up on the way and also the secret gaps, through which you can slide and exit rooms much quicker. At first some rooms might be a bit confusing in terms of where the player has to go, but after many replays you can memorize them pretty easily. Sometimes the game has some big lag spikes on launch (much more noticable on the web version), but afterwards they aren't apparent anymore. Still, I enjoyed playing this!
I like the concept of a first person movement game in a jam, I really like the environment textures and geometry, very old school aesthetics. There were a few hitches here and there, and a couple crashes but I liked it nonetheless.
