Feedback for my school project

Hi,

I would like some feedback for this game I made in Unreal Engine.

https://kuboid-studio.itch.io/a-path-to-the-coulds

About the game :

This is a building and exploration game where you need to collect items (logs, stones, and ropes) to build structures like bridges or elevators to progress through the level. What makes it unique (I hope) is that the structures can be used for more things than their normal utility. After building the structures, you need to grab your glider and carry it to the checkpoints. There are 3 checkpoints and 2 major obstacles for now.

Please let me know if the mechanics make sense, if the goals are clear, or if anything feels too frustrating.

Thank you in advance.

Hey! The concept sounds really solid for a school project. You asked if the mechanics make sense—honestly, the mix of gathering resources (logs/ropes) to build your way up and then using the glider to hit checkpoints makes total sense on paper. Balancing that so it doesn't get frustrating is always the hardest part of prototyping lol. I'll try to give it a download when I have some free time. I'm also a dev here, so if you ever wanna take a break and swap feedback on games, feel free to drop by my page. Good luck with the project!
