As the 3D artist I made in depth customization for players but we never implemented it, but its randomized for NPC's! Lots of struggles balancing damage taken from spinning enemies, to the point where we removed it so the game was playable.

I got caught for a while trying to make maximize scale the UI up properly. Still not sure that's perfect. For hours the minimap camera would render twice. Once I got it rendering... it ate the browser. So... I had to trim all the fat, cut unused files, cull all the old file variants, compress all my audio, decrease all my particle effects, and add hefty memory management 2 hours before the jam ended. Turned out fun and performant though, I feel lucky.
